Improved Month End Statement Running Warning

When anyone in the portal, including a trainer, syndicator or staff member is running the Month End Statement creation, the system will display a warning message portal-wide to prevent any unnecessary finance changes.

The warning message will automatically disappear after a few minutes once the person finishes the process, cancels the running EoM or closes the browse window/tab where the EoM is running.
