Auto-set red flag on Temp note based on baseline settings
To alert trainers when a horse’s temperature falls outside the baseline settings, Prism will automatically set a red flag on the Temp note and send a notification to the Trainer Portal. Details below:
1. In Horse Profile > Dashboard > Temp, the trainer can set the baseline temperature and use the chart to monitor the horse’s temperature over time.
- Note: The temperature baseline is shared across the entire stable. When a trainer sets up a new Temp baseline in the Horse Profile of one horse, the updated baseline will be applied to all other horses in the same stable.
2. When the trainer or staff creates a Temp note, if either the AM or PM temperature is outside the baseline range, Prism will automatically flag the note in red.
3. A notification will also be sent to the Trainer Portal to alert the trainer.
Note: When users click the notification, they will be directed to:
- Web version: Horse Profile > Dashboard > Temp
- Prism App: Horse Profile > Note
