    • Select Direct Debit from the options.
    • Identify the trainer or syndicator from the list displayed, marked by a card icon and the last four digits of the debit.
    • Hit the “Request to Cancel” button next to their entry.

Upon attempting to cancel, a confirmation prompt will appear stating, "Are you sure you want to send the request?" with options to select either No or Yes.

Committing to the Cancellation

  • Selecting Yes:
    • A success message will be displayed: "Your request has been sent to {Stable name}." confirming the action has been initiated. Tap OK to dismiss the confirmation.

Post-Cancellation Process

After sending the cancellation request:

  • Notification to Trainer/Syndicator:

    • An email notification titled "New request on cancellation direct debit" is sent to the trainer. This email informs the trainer that the owner has requested to cancel the direct debit for a specified account.
  • Trainer’s Role:

    • The trainer or syndicator manages the rest of the cancellation process on their side using the Prism Web platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient conclusion to the request.
