If your Instagram feed is not displaying correctly on your website, you may need to reconnect your Instagram account to Prism via your CMS tab.  

1. Login to your stable's Instagram account

2. Login to your Prism account then access CMS tab on menu header

3. Click on “Verify IG feed” on the left menu

4. This will direct you to an Instagram screen asking for permission to connect "Prism Live-IG" app to your Instagram account.

5. Click "Allow"

6. You will be directed back to Prism with the “Verify IG feed” label changed to “Connected to {Instagram username}”

7. Go to your website and check if Instagram feed is up.
