Dashboard Improvements

The Dashboard has been improved to bring the key information and tasks for each day into one place, making it easier to see what needs your attention today and what’s coming up tomorrow.

Today & Tomorrow


The Dashboard now includes two tabs: Today and Tomorrow.

Today

The Today tab gives you an overview of the current day, including:
  1. Runners and racing results
  2. Procedure tasks
  3. Transport tasks
  4. General tasks
  5. CRM tasks
  6. The day’s communications
The Dashboard opens on the Today tab by default, so the most relevant information is available as soon as you open it.

Tomorrow

The Tomorrow tab helps you prepare for the following day by showing:
  1. Tomorrow’s runners
  2. Tomorrow’s tasks

Stud – Upcoming Bookings


For Stud accounts, the Dashboard now includes an Upcoming Bookings section.

This section displays confirmed upcoming bookings organised by date, giving you a quick view of scheduled bookings directly from the Dashboard.

Owner & Syndicator – Invoices for Payment


For Owner and Syndicator accounts, a new Invoices for Payment section makes it easier to manage outstanding invoices.

From the Dashboard, you can:
  1. View outstanding invoices
  2. Open an invoice to view statement details
  3. Pay individual invoices directly

Owner Dashboard


Owners can now access the Dashboard directly from the main navigation.  Previously, Owners needed to click the Prism logo to return to the Dashboard. The new navigation option makes it quicker and easier to access.

The owner's dashboard includes the following:
  1. Today’s Races: Upcoming races and race results for today.
  2. Tomorrow’s Races: A list of upcoming races scheduled for tomorrow.
  3. Unpaid Statements: All statements that have not been fully paid, including statements with statuses such as Partially Paid, Sent, or Seen.
  4. Today’s Communications: Horse media updates, reports, and stable updates sent to the owner today.
