[Finance] Adjust Discount when Regenerating Statements

When regenerating Statements for the most recent period, you can now adjust owner discounts should they need correcting or removing.

In the Modify Statement window, select the option 'Adjust Discount', just beneath the existing 'Adjust Payment' option.
