"Horse Insurance" manually config for each Owner
With the user only uses Manual Horse Insurance so they requested a way to mark owners who opted-in for insurances and ability to export report containing that data.
In Owner Profile, they have "Horse Insurance" column in Horse Accessibilty section.
In Horse Owner Extract report (both Owners by Horse and Horses by Owner), they can see the Horse Insurance column on the UI and also can export that data in CSV and PDF file.
