How Owners Can Unsubscribe from Content Types from an Associated Stable

When an Owner receives emails from an associated Stable and no longer wants to receive certain email notifications, they can click the Unsubscribe link in a Prism email.

They will be taken to the Email Preferences page, where they can choose which types of emails they want to unsubscribe from.

Email preferences can be managed separately for each Master Account.

For Owners and Syndicators

  • Email subscriptions can be managed directly through the Unsubscribe link in the email.
  • No login is required to update email preferences.

Mandatory Emails

Some emails are mandatory and will always be sent. Users cannot unsubscribe from these emails, including:

  • Statements
  • Invoices
  • Password Reset emails

This feature allows users to reduce unwanted email notifications while continuing to receive important and required communications.
