How to connect to Arioneo and view data

The Arioneo integration lets trainers link their Arioneo account to Prism so their horses' performance and work data flows in automatically. Once connected, Prism syncs your data on an hourly basis and displays it across the relevant Horse Work and Schedule Work views — showing only the Arioneo fields configured for your account.
Steps as below:
  1. Click your avatar, then select Connect to Arioneo.

2. In the Arioneo Request Access popup, enter your Arioneo account email and click Send Request.

3. Once the connection is established, the system automatically syncs your Arioneo data and refreshes it every hour.
4. Synced data appears in:
  1. Horse Work > Performance
  2. Horse Work > Attachment
  3. Schedule Work > Attachment
  4. Print Schedule Work


Note: Prism shows only the Arioneo fields configured for your account, so your view may differ from other trainers'. Fields you don't use in Arioneo won't appear.
