1. Overview

The Export Finance Rules feature in Prism’s Finance module allows you to download existing finance rules into a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file for review and analysis.

Instead of viewing rules individually within Prism, you can export them into a spreadsheet for easier visibility and auditing.

This feature is particularly useful when:

1. You need to review or audit all finance rules in bulk
2. You need to back up current finance rule configurations

2. Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1 — Navigate to Finance → Rules

From the top navigation bar:

1. Click Finance
2. Select the Rules tab

This will display the list of all configured Finance Rules.

Step 2 — Review or Filter Rules (Optional)

Before exporting, you may filter the rules list:

1. Use available filters such as:
   • Location
   • Rule Type
   • Status
2. The table will update based on your selection

✓ Tip: Filtering helps export only relevant data instead of the full dataset.

Step 3 — Export Finance Rules

1. In the top-right corner of the each Rule Type page, click Export to CSV
2. The system will generate a CSV file
3. The file will be downloaded automatically to your computer (usually in the Downloads folder)
