How to Extract Owner Lists

You can extract a list of your owners as well as the horses they own.  Here's how.

To extract a list of Owners By Horse

  1. Go to your Report Tab.
  2. On the left pane, select Horse Owner Extract.
  3. On the top, select Owners By Horse.

  4. Select the horses whose owners you wish to extract in the Horse Name field.  To ease your search, you can also filter by Location and/or Status.
  5. You can also choose to include owners from your Archived Horses or owners with 0% shares.
  6. Once you've set your filters, click Search.
  7. You can sort the search results list further by location or by status,

  8. Once you are happy with the list, you can export the file either by CSV or by PDF.
Alert
The Owner User ID is only included in the CSV export.

To extract a list of Horses by Owner

  1. Go to your Report Tab.
  2. On the left pane, select Horse Owner Extract.
  3. On the top, select Horses by Owner.
  4. You can select owners to include in the list in the Owner Name dropdown.

  5. Tick on Include Archived Horse to include horses in your archived list.
  6. Once you are happy with your selection, click on Search.
  7. Use the export buttons to export the list in either CSV or PDF formats.
