How to list your Stallion(s) on Breedr and receive Booking Requests
Prism is proud to partner with the digital stallion booking portal, Breedr.
This partnership affords subscribers to Prism's Breeding Management module, an easy way to list stallions on Breedr and accept stallion booking requests electronically.
List your Stallion(s) on Breedr
All stallions in your Prism portal (horses with type = stallion) are automatically listed on Breedr and available to receive nomination requests from breeders. To best promote your stallion(s), we recommend:
- maintaining a stallion confirmation image;
- maintaining a stallion bio;
- maintaining advertised stallion fees.
Upload a stallion photo via your stallion profile. This will display on breedr.horse.
When editing your stallion profile, maintain the Stallion Bio. This will display on breedr.horse.
In the Breeding > Service Fee screen, maintain advertised stallion service fees to display on breedr.horse.
Booking request list
In the Breeding > Dashboard > Booking request screen, you can view all stallion booking requests in the farm.
You can filter the list by Stallion, Status and Owner by clicking on the 'Funnel' icon next to the label of headings.
1. Review booking
- Click on the three dots in the booking request > Review Booking. The booking detail dialog will open.
- Upon review of the new booking request, you can Accept or Reject the booking. You can also Waitlist the mare if your stallion book is full.
2. Add contract
- Follow these steps to generate and send an e-signature Stallion Contract.
3. Send email
- you can send email message to the breeder who submitted the request
