Trainer can use Schedule general page
There are two ways to schedule general:
- Schedule general via the Add Anywhere button
- Go to Schedule > General
You can sort by Barn/Box.
List data is ordered by status (Pending → Completed → Cancelled). Within the same status, tasks are sorted by time, and then by horse name if the time is identical.

Note: Tasks may be displayed by group or single horse depending on the screen.
For example
- These screens show tasks grouped by horse.
- Schedule > general
- Calendar
- My task
- Staff > general

- These screens display tasks by single horse
- Dashboard
- Lifetime view
- Horse > task
- Report > Tasks & Notes report
