Go to the Horse > Profile tab to see the profile of the horse you need.

The following information will be displayed in order:
- Basic infor
- Owners
- Location History
- Note
- Insurance
- Vaccination History
On this screen you can expand/collapse sections to view.
Basic info
In this section you can see the basic information of the horse: Sire, Dam, Foaled, Age, Sex, Horse Code, Microchip,....
You can now upload an image from your computer to these fields on the Horse Profile, and a thumbnail image will be displayed for quick reference.

You can also view or edit Pedigree, NS Brand/ OS Brand, Silks Location, Horse ID Location photos by clicking on each photo.
On each horse's profile, you can assign the default work gear that each horse wears or carriers during track work.

Navigate to the horse profile then click the edit pencil in the Work Gear box.
Select any relevant gear from the drop down Select Gear field.
When adding track work, this gear will be applied on the track work task by default. You may choose to remove or modify the gear for each track work task, however.
The gear assigned to your racehorse will automatically update upon Gear Changes being recorded in the daily race nominations and acceptances data we receive from Racing Authorities and other racing data suppliers.

You can optionally default a Work Rider for every horse.
When new trackwork tasks are created (or copied from previous days), the default work rider will be assigned.
You can assign a default work rider in two ways.
Via the Horse Profile
When editing a Work task and assigning a rider, select the checkbox "Set as default Work Rider for this horse".
Note: When changing the default Work Rider for a horse, that rider will be assigned to all future
Work tasks (from tomorrow), if they already exist.
Feed
Subscribers to Prism PLUS can now maintain a Feed and Supplements for each horse.
On the Horse Profile, click in the Feed box to maintain the default Feed(s) and Supplement(s) for each Feed Time.
For each Feed Time (e.g. AM and PM in the sample below), specify the Feed(s) and Supplement(s) to be displayed on the Feed Schedule
Note
In addition to Horse Notes that can be recorded on specific dates, you can now record a more generic Horse Note on the Horse Profile.
This Horse Note is not date-specific. It may be suitable for general notes such as horse allergies, horse behavioral vices and safety precautions for staff - among other uses.
Go to the Horse Profile.
If a Horse Note does not already exist, click the Add Note button and add your new Horse Note.
If a Horse Note already exists, simply click in the Note and edit.

This Horse Note will progressively be available on various reports. It is now available on the new Breeding Worksheet and the Service Worksheet for our Stallion and Broodmare farm clients.
