How to manage Immediate Service Request


All Immediate Service requests will be displayed on this page and details will be provided for the Studmaster to contact the mare owner. The Immediate Service status will be available until it expires (24/48 hours).


On this page you can filter by Status (Available/Expired)

For each service request, you can:

1. Offer service request

Open OFFER dialog when clicking ‘Offer service request’ option in the service request.

You can only offer with available service requests.

In the dialog, List out all available Stallions and Appointments within the Next 24/48hrs.

Stud can select Service Fee Offered with 2 options:

  • Advertised Service Fee
  • Mare Owner's Budget.
Stud can edit Service Fee to another fee if want.


Stud can send mail to Mare Owner to confirm ‘Immediate Service’ after clicking Submit

2. View service request

Upon review of the Immediate service request, you can Offer the request

3. Delete service request

  • If you choose Yes, Request will be removed from the list immediately.
  • If you choose No, the dialog closes and you are returned to the Immediate Service Request list
