Prism Plus is used to quickly consolidate tasks and notes related to horses, communication, and dashboard analysis.

Prism Plus - Horses

• Go to Prism Plus > Horses: On this page, you can view all current horses in the portal with data of each horse as below

• All pending tasks and completed task in current date & latest horse note type 
• There are also the following feature

• You can view upcoming race of horse if have
• You can filter horse who has updated about horse note, work or updated status to complete of tasks: Procedure, General task
• You can make change setting column by click on icon
• You can filter by shared by, flag, location, barn - box

Prism Plus - Communications

• Go to Prism Plus > Communications: On this page, you can view all emails of media, report, comms, arrival & departure notification, breeding notification
• On Communication has 3 tabs: Draft & Scheduled, Last Updates, Last 3 Months
• Data of all tabs includes

• Image Update
• Video Update

• Audio Update
• Horse Report
• Pre-race Report
• Post-race Report
• Group Update
• Stable Update
• Race Nomination
• Race Acceptance
• Race Result
• Race Scratched

• Arrival Notice
• Departure Notice
• Notice of Service

• Scan Advice - Negative
• New Foal Advice 

Default order by Date DESC then Horse ASC

When you click on each record will show detail popup (Except race event email and Owner advice email)

Filter & Action: Each tab will have its own data filters based on the relevant columns.

Draft & Scheduled

• Can filter by Horse
• Can filter by Type
• Can filter by Status
• Actions:

• - Can Publish Draft & Scheduled

Last Updates

• Can filter by Horse
