How to use "Horse Stock Report" report

The Horse Stock Report provides a consolidated view of key information for each horse in your stable. You can easily access this report and keep it up to date by following the guide below.

Accessing the Horse Stock Report

1. Navigate to Report > Horse Stock Report in Prism v2.
   
2. The report will display essential details for each horse, including:
   
3. Basic horse information (i.e: Sire, Dam, Age, Location, etc)
   
4. Notes
   
5. Purchase info, which follows format: {Date of Purchase} - {Purchase Price} - {Horse Value}
   
6. Sale info, which follows format: {Date of Sale} - {Sale Price}
7. Ownership %
   

Where This Information Comes From

All data shown in the Horse Overview report is sourced directly from the Horse Profile. This means any updates you make in the Horse Profile will automatically reflect in the report just by clicking Edit Horse within the Horse Profile.

Please note that Horse Type and Horse Category fields are only available for Stud and Farm portals.

For Notes specifically, you can update them in the Notes section within the Horse Profile.

Simply update the details as needed, and the Horse Overview report will stay accurate and up to date.
