How to view Newsletter logs sent to Trainer/ Syndicator

A new Newsletter feature is now available in the Trainer and Syndicator Portals (web platform) for users who have a live website powered by Prism.

The Newsletter feature allows users to view newsletter subscription logs submitted by visitors through their websites. It provides a quick overview of recent newsletter subscription activity.

Steps as below:
  1. Go to Comms > Newsletter.
  2. View the list of Newsletter logs.
  3. Use the Search or Filter options to find the newsletter log you want to view.
  4. View the newsletter subscription details.

Note: With the delegated staff, to view this data they must have at least CMS permission.
