• Go to Report › Horse Report.
  
  
• All horses in your database appear in a sortable table with key details (Sire, Dam, Age, Color, Sex, Microchip, etc.).

2. Search / Filter

• Use the top filters to narrow results:
  
  

• Horse Name – type part or full name.
  
  
• Location – choose a location if needed.
  
  

• Click Search to apply filters.
  
  
• Click Reset to clear filters and show all records.
  
  
• Use the small filter icons in each column to filter by that column.

3. Export CSV

• Click Export to CSV (top right) to download the current filtered list as a CSV file for spreadsheets.

4. Export PDF

Click Export to PDF and choose one of three options:

• Export No Group into PDF – creates a simple list of all results.
  
  
• Export Group by Location, Barn & Age into PDF – groups horses by location, barn, and age.
  
  
• Export Group by Location & Barn into PDF – groups horses by location and barn only.
