For those using the Import Invoice function, there’s now an improvement in how supplier descriptions (for example, from your trainers) are handled.
Previously, imported invoices would display a generic description such as “In training”. Now, the description from your supplier will be copied directly into your invoice. For example, instead of just “In training”, your client’s invoice might read:
“In training – Flemington Racecourse, 23 days @ $121 per day.”
As with most features in Prism, this text can still be edited as needed.
