[Supplier Portal] How to share Vet note to Trainer of the shared horse
A new permission called “Vet Note” is introduced, configured separately for each portal (e.g., Supplier portal).
If a horse is shared from a Trainer:
When this permission is enabled, the “Enable this option to share your comments directly with the horse's trainer.” checkbox will appear nearby Comment field in the Procedure create/edit form for that portal.
When this permission is enabled, the “Enable this option to share your comments directly with the horse's trainer.” checkbox will appear nearby Comment field in the Procedure create/edit form for that portal.
When the Vet adds a comment to a Procedure task, the system will automatically create a Horse Note in the Trainer portal with type = Vet Note
- The Trainer(s) can view this note in read-only mode.
- If the Supplier later updates the comment, the corresponding Horse Note in the Trainer(s) portal is automatically updated.
