[Supplier Portal] How to share Vet note to Trainer of the shared horse
A new permission called “Vet Note” is introduced, configured separately for each portal (e.g., Supplier portal).
If a horse is shared from a Trainer:
When this permission is enabled, the “Enable this option to share your comments directly with the horse's trainer.” checkbox will appear nearby Comment field in the Procedure create/edit form for that portal.

When the Vet adds a comment to a Procedure task, the system will automatically create a Horse Note in the Trainer portal with type = Vet Note- The Trainer(s) can view this note in read-only mode.
- If the Supplier later updates the comment, the corresponding Horse Note in the Trainer(s) portal is automatically updated.
