Various improvements have been made to the Trackwork feature for trainers using the Prism Management module.

UPDATE DEFAULT WORK GEAR ON HORSE PROFILE, FROM WORK TASK

When adding or editing Work Gear on a Trackwork task, you can now optionally apply that Work Gear as the default Work Gear for all future Work. Just select the box to apply to the horse profile.

The default Work gear on the Horse Profile is only updated when selecting this box on the Edit Work Schedule screen. If you update the Work Gear inline in the Work Schedule, the default Work Gear on the Horse Profile will not be updated. We can configure this update to occur by default, if you wish. To request this, please email support@prism.horse and we can configure that for your account.

This update has been applied to the Prism Mobile App on 26 Apr 2022, but it can take two or three days for approval on your preferred App Store. Please ensure your apps are updated automatically or manually from your preferred App Store, from about 28th or 29th April.

DEFAULT WORK GEAR ON HORSE PROFILE USED FOR ALL NEW WORK TASKS

If you update the default Work Gear on the Horse Profile, all future Work tasks (after current date) will be updated accordingly.

If you copy Work from one day to another (e.g from today to tomorrow), the Work Gear on the new Work task will be set according to the Default Work Gear on the Horse Profile.

FAVOURITE PRE-WORK, WORK and POST-WORK

In the Master Data config, you can now favourite your most frequently used Pre-Work, Work and Post-Work tasks.

When logged in as your Master User account, navigate to Master Config and select Work screen.

Select Pre-Work, Work or Post-Work in the Label box, and then click on the heart icon for your favourite tasks. These favourite tasks will be displayed at the top of each Pre-Work, Work and Post-Work lists.

UNLINK MULTIPLE OR ALL HORSES

An Unlink button is now available when you select multiple linked horses or select all horses in Trackwork Schedule. This is consistent with the Ungroup function.

STOP REFRESHING PAGE TO THE TOP AFTER UNLINKING TRACKWORK

The page will remain in the same screen location after Unlink is actioned. This reduces wasted time scrolling back down to the bottom of long trackwork lists.

QUICK EDIT WORK IN LIFETIME VIEW

In Lifetime View, you can now more quickly modify existing Work Schedule.

DISPLAY ANY RACE ACCEPTANCE FOR EACH HORSE

Any Race Acceptance for a horse is now displayed in the Work Schedule (Date & Racetrack).

HYPERLINK TO RIDER IS REMOVED

The hyperlink to the rider/jockey has been removed to prevent unnecessary and accidental linking to the Staff Profile.
