Why didn't my unregistered horse merge with the newly registered horse?

Why didn't my unregistered horse merge with the newly registered horse?

For horses to merge, you need to ensure all of the following details are correct:
  1. Sire
  2. Dam
  3. Foal Date
If one of these details is not the same as the newly registered horse, the two will not merge.
If you still encounter problems after checking horse details, contact support@prism.horse and we will be able to arrange the merging of the old details with the new.
