[Finance] Send Direct Debit Requests only to owners responsible for paying invoices

When sending Direct Debit Requests to your owners, the request will now only be sent to owners with more than 0% share in a horse (meaning they are responsible for paying invoices).

In the Send Direct Debit Setup Email popup, only oner accounts that have shareholding > 0% will be listed.



On the Owner Profile > Account tab (the debtor information), the Direct Debit option will not appear if the owner does not hold more than 0% of any horse. Although i the owner has already authorised direct debit, then the option will still display.
