How to Add Race Plan from Nomination Meeting

This feature allows you to quickly add a Race Plan for one or more of your horses directly from the Nomination Meeting Details popover. By using filters such as Location, Status, Age, Sex, or Name, you can easily search and select horses, then assign them to a race.


Steps as below:

Step 1. Open Nomination Meeting Details

  1. Go to the Meeting List on the Race Calendar.
  2. Click on a meeting to open the Nomination Meeting Details popover.
  3. Find the race you want to plan for.

Step 2. Open Race Planning

  1. On the race row, click the Cup icon .
    → This opens the Race Planning popup.

Step 3. Search for Horses

Inside the Race Planning popup:

  • Use the search filters to narrow down your horses:
  • Location
  • Status
  • Age
  • Sex 
  • Name (type to search by horse name)

You can combine multiple filters to refine your search.

Step 4. Select Horses

  1. From the filtered list, check the box beside one or more horses.
  2. Selected horses will be highlighted in the popup.

Step 5. Submit Race Plan

  1. Click the <Add race plan> button to submit a new race plan note.
  2. You’ll see the plan reflected in both the Race Plan list and the horse’s planning details.

✅ Notes

  • You can add Race Plans for multiple horses in one action.
  • Only horses that belong to you (or your team) will appear in the filter results.
  • Once added, Race Plans can be updated or removed from the Race Planning module.
