Trainers and Pre-Trainers operating multiple locations can apply filters to the Work Schedule screen, selecting Location(s) and/or Barn(s) before displaying or printing the Work Schedule.

You can record generic note for each day by clicking the New Note button. 

You can Print the Work Schedule after applying suitable filters.
