How to view tasks shared with you
If tasks are selected to be shared between Prism accounts, tasks created in each other’s Prism account are visible in:
- Prism Master Admin account Dashboard > All tasks
- Horse > General Tasks
- Schedule > General
- Schedule > Worksheet
- Schedule > Calendar and Lifetime views
- Report > Tasks and Notes
- Prism PLUS Dashboard > Horses Dashboard
- Prism PLUS Horse Dashboard
Each task synchronised to your Prism portal will display in light grey and be assigned to the Prism Portal which shared the horse and tasks with you.
Tasks shed with your Prism portal cannot be completed or edited by you.
