How to create expense transactions for tasks created in other Prism accounts

Where tasks are created in another Prism account, such as a supplier’s, they are visible in your Prism account. 

Whilst you cannot edit or delete those tasks, you can optionally create finance expense transactions for those tasks if you are responsible for billing owners.

This is an ideal feature for suppliers of veterinary, farrier, dentist services who need to manage tasks in their own Prism account and invoice you, but you are ultimately needing to invoice owners. It streamlines the process of being reimbursed by your owners.

On any task created in another Prism account, your Prism Master Admin user and any staff member with Finance module permissions, can click the ‘create expense’ action icon.

This action is available in:
  1. Horse > General Tasks
  2. Schedule > General Tasks
  3. Reports > Tasks and Notes
Add the expense as normal. If a matching Finance Rule is found, the expense details will be pre-populated ready to review and saving.
