How to add a Horse Note

Horse notes are for any ongoing items you wish to document and keep a record of relating to the horse. You can enter notes for:
  1. Horse Temperature (AM and/or PM)
  2. Horse Weight
  3. Horse Feed Left (AM and/or PM)
  4. Trot Up
  5. Vet
  6. X-Ray
  7. Scope
  8. Blood Profile
  9. Race Plan
  10. General

How to Add a Horse Note

There are three ways to add a Horse Note.
1. From the Horse Profile > Notes tab click the New Note  button; or
2. From the Add Anywhere    button then click Horse Note


3. In the Schedule, click Lifetime View  and then click on any date, and select New Note.



The Create Note screen

In the Create Note screen, the horse will be pre-selected. Select the Type of note you wish to record.



Depending on the type of Note you wish to record, there may be fields to enter
  1. Record; and
  2. Text Box for additional notes.
Below are the respective screens for each type of note.


Temp Note

Enter temperature recorded (degrees celsius). You can enter either AM or PM temps, or both, on a given day.


Weight Note

Enter Weight record (kilograms) and optionally enter text comments.


Feed Note

Enter approximate Feed Left (in dippers or equivalent unit of measure such) and optionally enter text comments.


Trot Up Note

Enter text comments and optionally attach media (photo, video).


Vet Note

Enter text comments and optionally attach media (photo, video, audio).



X-Ray Note

Enter Grade, optionally enter text comments, and optionally attach media (photo, video, audio).


Scope Note

Enter Scope result, optionally enter text comments and optionally attach media (photo, video, audio).

Scope results can be customised in your Master Config. See Configure Scope and Blood Profile Results.


Blood Profile Note

Enter Blood Profile result, optionally enter text comments and optionally attach media (photo, video, audio).

Blood Profile results can be customised in your Master Config. See Configure Scope and Blood Profile Results.


Race Plan Note

Enter your planned race on a specified data in the future, and optionally enter text comments.


General Note

Enter text comments and optionally attach media (photo, video, audio)
