Choose whether to create service fees manually or automatically

Upon adding Service Fees and when adding stallions into your portal, the system no longer automatically adds Booking Rules into Finance.
This provides more flexibility for stallion farms to manually create service fee transactions at a certain time post the breeding season, rather than automatically create service fee transactions upon completion of a pregnancy milestone (e.g. positive pregnancy at Final Scan on day 45).
If you wish stallion service fee transactions to be automatically created upon completion of a pregnancy milestone, follow these instructions to setup Booking Rules in Finance.
If you wish to manually charge service fees at a specified time post the breeding season, follow these instructions. Check to see if you have any Booking Rules setup in Finance, and delete them if they exist.
