Control which owners see your Bloodstock Exchange listings

You can load up your 'horses available' to your own Prism website and also to the Bloodstock Exchange site from within your Prism portal. Those without a Prism designed website can also upload their horses to Bloodstock Exchange using the same process.

As part of this innovation, we have also introduced a feature that showcases all of your Horses Available to your existing Owners via a small section at the bottom of your Owner Updates.

By default this is switched ON and will help you get your horses in front of more eyeballs.

The flipside to this is that some of your horses for sale may be sent to your Syndicator clients if this remains on.

Similar to No Portal access, you can disable this feature for those horses that are owned or part-owned by Syndicators so they don't see this feature. To do this, simply follow the instructions below.
  1. Go to your Horse tab and search for the horse whose owners you do not want to show the for sale ads to.
  2. On the horse's profile, toggle this off to disable ads for the horse's media updates:
  3. If you wish to turn off all ads for all your owners, please contact support@prism.horse
BEx listings can also be shown in your stable updates if you include a video or audio clip in the update.  To disable this for specific owners or syndicates, please head over to their profile, and toggle the Stable Updates to off:

Lastly, you can also restrict access for syndicate owners so that they do not have direct access to the horse's information from your stable by setting them to "No Portal":
