[Improvement] Finance | Direct Debit Request form improvement

We have modified the disclaimer at the bottom of the Direct Debit Request Form to:

1. improve format;
   
2. provide a link to Thoroughbred Payments' Terms and Conditions;
   
3. notify that transactions will appear as payments to Thoroughbred Payments, collecting on behalf of your stable.
