Modify your direct debit email request template

Finance users can now modify the default email that is sent when requesting an owner complete a direct debit authorisation.
Navigate to your Organisation Config via your avatar profile in the top right hand corner of Prism.
Scroll down to the templates section and click on DIRECT DEBIT EMAIL template.
Changes made here will update the default direct debit email request that is sent to your customers.
If you are not yet using Prism's Direct Debit feature integrated with Thoroughbred Payments, or if you need to remind yourself how to invite your customers to authorise you to charge them on the due date, please review this announcement in October 2019.
