Edit Stallion Type on a Stallion Booking

When editing a stallion booking, the stallion type can now be edited.
This is useful when a breeder using Prism remains undecided on the stallion to be selected to cover the mare in the upcoming breeding season,. The breeder can modify not only the stallion that the mare will visit, but also if the stallion is an Outside Stallion or a Standing Stallion.
In this example below, a booking is entered for the mare Big Girl, but the stallion is TBC (Outside Stallion).
When a suitable stallion is selected and available, the booking can be edited and both the stallion type and stallion can be modified.
