Free text note upon employee sign out

When an employee signs out (by clicking the blue sign-out button on their mobile device screen or by scanning a QR code upon departure) they can now enter some text information in a new text field.

This is ideal for recording relevant information such as:
  1. number of track rides in the morning (if track riders are paid per ride);
  2. number of raceday straps on that day or a prior day (if paid per strap and not signing in/out to record their hours for strapping);
  3. requests for annual leave;
  4. etc.


This note appears in the Attendance History screen.



And they also appear in all exports to CSV, PDF and Payroll reports.
