[Finance] Group fees and expenses by category on invoices

Subscribers to the Prism Finance module can now elect to display all fees and expenses on Invoice Details, by Category.
A Group by Category option has existed for some time to group fees and charges by category on the detailed horse invoice pages. Until now, the category was not displayed. Now it will.
Navigate to your Prism Organisation Configuration.
Location the Group by Category feature.
Enable this option.
The categories are:
- Daily Charges
- Procedures
- Transport
- Farrier
- Dentist
- Breeding
- Other
Please note that some expenses can only be categorised as Other.
This change will increase the length of the Invoice Details pages. For some horses in some months, the pages may wrap over to second pages. But the format is hopefully better received.
