How to change Owner's email address

How to Change or Add an Owner's Email Address

How to update the email address where general communications (i.e., horse reports, stable updates, media updates and race updates) are sent to.

  1. Go to your Owner tab and select the owner you wish to edit.



  2. Click on Edit Owner.



  3. Enter, delete or add a new email address in the Email Address field.



  4. Once you are done with the changes, click Submit.


Updating the email here will only change the email where the owner receives communications to.  If the owner also wants to change the email they use to log into their Prism account, please contact support@prism.horse.

  1. Go to your Owner tab and select the owner you wish to edit.



  2. Select the Account tab of the owner.  This tab contains the billing details for that owner.



  3. On the upper right, click on the Account dropdown and select Edit Account.



  4. By default, the fields will be locked from editing.  To unlock the fields, untick Same as Owner Profile.



  5. Enter, delete or add a new email address in the Email Address field.



  6. Once you are done with the changes, scroll down and click Save.


  1. If you tick on Same as Owner Profile, the system will copy the information saved on the owner's Profile tab.
  2. You can have different email addresses for normal communications and for billing emails. This is useful if the owner would want to receive their updates in their personal email but want bills sent to a specific email.
