How to edit your profile

This article shows you how to edit your Profile. 

The Prism team recommends you edit your profile as the first step to setup your Prism Master Account or a new staff member profile.

To add or update information, click on your Profile in the top right hand corner of your screen, then select Edit Profile.

Avatar

Edit your avatar by clicking on the current avatar within the Edit Profile pop-up. Select Upload A Photo and choose your new avatar photo from your files. Adjust as necessary, then select Save. 

Username 

Your username can only be changed upon request by emailing the Prism team at support@prism.horse. 

First name and last name 

Type your edits within the First name or Last name fields, then select Save. 

Email display name 

This is the name that will be shown in the 'From' section of your emails to owners (if your email address is the address configured for outbound emails). Type your edits within the Email display name field, then select Save. 

Date of birth 

Select your date of birth from the calendar. 

Mobile 

Type your edits within the Mobile field, then select Save. 

Location 

This indicates the stable location where you predominantly work. Select a location from pre-configured drop down list or add new location by clicking Add New, then select Save. 

Stable name 

Your stable name can only be changed upon request by emailing the Prism team at support@prism.horse. 

Address, Suburb and Postcode 

Type your edits into the Address, Suburb and/or Postcode fields, then select Save. 

Country, State and Region 

Select the appropriate Country, State and/or Region from the drop-down, then select Save. 

Primary email

The primary email address you provide will receive notifications from Prism. The default address is the email you used to register your Prism account. You can add alternative email addresses by clicking on Email List should you wish to use alternative email addresses.
