Option to disable the synchronisation of $0 invoices to Xero

Release Date: 04 November 2021

On occasions, such as when a debtor is receiving a 100% discount, you may issue invoices for a zero amount.

This is typically the case when a trainer owns a shareholding interest in a horse he/she trains. An overall discount of 100% is often applied to the trainer's owner/debtor account.

Subscribers to Prism Finance can now choose to NOT synchronise those invoices into Xero. As there is no amount owed, there is often no need for invoice and invoice lines to appear in Xero. 

If you wish to NOT sync $0 invoices into Xero, navigate to Organisation Config and disable the 'Sync Fully Discounted Invoices' option.

This option remains ON by default, as shown below.
