Send out updates to billed owners only

You can now send stable updates only to owners you have billed.

In the Create Stable Update dialog, select the "Invoiced Owners" option.  This option will:

List owners who have current shares with an active horse

Let you select owners here to receive the update.

If you select all owners in Invoiced Owners, the system will show the option to "Exclude Owners", here you can choose which owners to exclude.
