How to enable sharing of horses from another Prism account
There are two ways to enable sharing of horses from another Prism account into yours.
- Accept a request from the other Prism account
- Proactively request another Prism account share horses with you
Accept a request from another Prism account
If a partner has emailed you a request to authorise the sharing of horses with you, simply click the link in the email you received. A secure online form will open.
Then login to your Prism account as your Master Admin user and go to Edit Your Profile.
Copy your Prism ID from your profile into the secure online form. This will share your Prism ID with your partner and authorise them to share horses with you.

Proactively request another Prism account share horses with you
As a supplier of services you can proactively encourage your customers (such as a trainer, farm or syndicator) to share horses with you. Doing so can save you significant time adding and maintaining horse, owner and task information in your Prism account.
Login to your Prism account as your Master Admin user and go to Edit Your Profile.
Copy your Prism ID from your profile and provide this to trusted partners if you would like them to share horses with you.
