How to enable sharing of horses to another Prism account
Your Prism Master User Account and any staff member with finance module permissions can enable sharing with a supplier configured in your list of Suppliers.
Importantly, your supplier must authorise you to share horses with them. This authorisation is in the form of providing their Prism ID to you. Only they will know their Prism ID.
There are two options:
- Email a request for a supplier to enter their Prism ID into a secure online form and update your Prism account; or
- Your supplier provides you their Prism ID over the phone or via email, which you can manually enter into the supplier profile.
Email a request for a supplier to enter their Prism ID into a secure online form
In any Supplier Profile, click the Send Request action button next to Prism ID.
This will draft an email to the supplier. You can modify this email before sending.
When the supplier clicks the link and enters their Prism ID into the secure online form, their Prism ID will be automatically added into the Supplier Profile in your Prism account.
Manually enter a supplier’s Prism ID
You may edit the Supplier Profile and “Enable sharing of horses, owners, ownership and tasks with this supplier.”
At anytime in the future, you can disable this sharing option with the supplier.
