Display owner-specific costs, split costs and discounts separately on Statements

We have improved the presentation of Statements. Any additional owner-specific costs, split costs and discounts are now displayed separately underneath the Owner's share of normal training, agistment, transport and procedure costs. 

In the below example, each line item beneath "Your Share" are specific to the owner.
