Streamline Expense Management with Import Expenses
The Import Expenses feature in Prism Finance simplifies managing large invoices, such as veterinary, farrier, and floating fees. Here's how it works:
Steps to Use the Feature:
1. Request Supplier Spreadsheets:
Ask suppliers to provide a spreadsheet of monthly charges.
2. Access Import Expenses:
Navigate to the green button and select "Import Expenses".
3. Download the Template:
Download the provided template to ensure correct formatting.
4. Prepare Your Data:
Copy the charges from the supplier’s spreadsheet into the relevant columns of the template.
5. Upload the File:
Save the updated file and upload it via the "Browse" button.
Benefits:
