Sync horses from your Prism portal to your E-Trakka account and view key E-Trakka session data in Prism

If you are a subscriber to the Prism PLUS module, you can now synchronise all racehorses from your Prism account to your E-Trakka account. This saves double entry of horses and reduces ongoing management.

You can also view key work session data recorded by E-Trakka, in your Prism account. This includes a convenient 'quick link' to the E-Trakka session page. This is all designed for you to view data more quickly and make faster decisions.



Specifically, this synchronisation will:
  1. Add new racehorses into your E-Trakka account (Name, Foal Date, Sex, Microchip, Life Number, Sire, Dam, Suffix)
  2. Update racehorses in your E-Trakka account if the horse profile is changed in Prism (Name, Foal Date, Sex, Microchip, Life Number, Sire, Dam, Suffix)
  3. Update status of racehorses in your E-Trakka account to "Spelled" upon related change to status in Prism (e.g. status changed to Spelling or Agistment)
  4. Update status of racehorses in your E-Trakka account to "Active" upon related change to status in Prism (e.g. status changed to Training)
  5. Remove racehorse from your E-Trakka account if the horse is archived in Prism
  6. Add racehorse to your E-Trakka account if the horse is unarchived in Prism
  7. Sync E-Trakka session data to your Prism Work Schedule, by horse by day
  8. Sync E-Trakka session data to your Prism Horse Profile > Work Performance tab

1. Contact us via email as support@prism.horse requesting the Prism Plus / E-Trakka synchronisation to be enabled. You must be subscribed to Prism PLUS or enjoying a free trial, for this feature.

2. When logged in as your Master Admin User Account, navigate to your avatar and select Connect to E-Trakka.


3. Enter your E-Trakka login credentials.

4. Once you have found your account name, select Link to Trainer.
