How to view and manage horses shared with you
You can view which Prism accounts have shared horses with you, apply a filter to find all horses shared by selected Prism accounts, and unlink a shared horse.
View who has shared a horse with you
On the Horse Profile of each horse shared with you, just below the horse’s name, you can see which Prism account has shared the horse with you.
If the custodian of the horse chose to share the Location and Status of the horse with you, the location and status assigned to the horse in their Prism account will be set in your Prism account.
If the Location or Status does not exist in your Master Config, it will be added.
This arrangement is ideal for providers of services who do not need to track the location and status of each horse for billing purposes. For example, vets, farriers, dentists, horse physios etc.
If you do need to manage the location and status of each horse for your own billing (e.g. you are an agistment farm or pre-trainer), then request the custodian of the horse (e.g. the trainer) to not share location and status.
Filter for all horses shared with you by selected Prism accounts
A new filter box appears in the following screens, if horses have been shared with you:
- Horse List (Web and App)
- Schedule > General (Web and App)
- Schedule > Worksheet (Web)
- Lifetime View (Web)
- Dashboard > Prism PLUS (Web)
- Dashboard > All tasks (Web)
- Report - Tasks & Notes (Web)
You can filter for horses shared with you by different Prism portals.
Unlink a shared horse
Once your supplier services are no longer applicable for a horse, the Prism account that shared the horse with you should stop sharing (unlink). If they do not do that however, you may unlink a horse anytime.
