What are Reports?
The Reports Module is a powerful reporting tool that allows you to access detailed data on your entire Stable operation. The Reporting module runs automatically in the background allowing you to review key elements of your business over key periods.
Task reporting allows you to run reports on all tasks based on the following filters:
All or Selected Horses
By any month or date range
Assigned to All or selected Staff
All or selected Tasks (Trackwork, Treatments, Transport, General, Weights, Temperature, Trot Ups) with each task criteria able to be further defined
All or selected Task completions status
All or selected Locations
To run a report:
Select the Horse or Horses you wish to report on.
Select the Task type you want to review you and the relevant Criteria for each Task
Select the Assignees
Select the Status
Select the Duration
Click Search
One done, you can Filter and review the results by clicking the Header row, Print the Report or Export to a CSV file for review/importing to other systems
