What is my login and password?
Your login will always be your email address. This is the same for Trainers, Owners and Syndicators. If you aren't sure of which email you have used, you can contact Prism at
support@prism.horse and confirm.
Your password will be of your choosing. If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one by going to
https://www.prism.horse/portal/login and clicking Forgot Password. From there, enter your email and a password reset will be sent to your Email.
In the password reset email you receive, click the blue "choose your password" button and then you will be taken to a reset password screen where you can enter your new password. Enter your new password twice and click Reset Password button. You will then be taken to a login screen where you can login using your email and the new password.
