How owners can pay via Credit or Debit Card

If you have integrated your Prism Finance module with Thoroughbred Payments, a PAY HERE button will display in each Statement sent to your Owners.

Clicking on the PAY HERE button on a statement will open the payment page in their browser. 


The owner just needs to fill in their payment information and click on the PAY button to complete the payment. All the security is built in via Thoroughbred Payments' platform.

Once the payment process is complete, a receipt will be sent to the owner's email address.

You are able to see the status of a statement in Finance – Dashboard - Statements.
  1. Created: Statements are newly generated.
  2. Sent: Your statement was sent to owner account’s email address.
  3. Seen: The statement was opened by the owner.
  4. Processing: Owner has paid and Thoroughbred Payments is processing the transfer to your bank account. 
  5. Received: Thoroughbred Payments has processed the transfer to your bank account. 
  6. Error: Please contact support@prism.horse.
