How to email a Group Update

Group updates are a great way of keeping your owners informed without spamming them with multiple emails at a time.  We understand that some stables may be sending group updates with hundreds of horses at a time.

Click the purple + button, then select Group Update.

Or you can navigate to the Comms menu and select tab Group Update then click on button Add Group Update

Select the horse you want to send the mail report to.

Horses are listed in the order you selected in Update for.

Click on each horse to open its content, then enter the email content for each horse.

Proceed to enter a Title and Content, and attach any Media.

You can optionally schedule the Group Update to be sent at a future date / time.

Click Save as Draft if you wish to keep it in draft format and come back to it later. Or click Publish if you are ready to make the report live and send it out to recipients.

After you send, the horses will be ordered alphabetically in the email sent to the owner.
